HSA and FSA
With HSA and FSAs employees can set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for medical, prescription drug, dental and vision related expenses. In addition, Nirvana offers an employer match when an employee enrolls in an HSA.
Paid parental leave
We provide all of our team members (birthing & non-birthing parents) paid time off to care for and bond with their newborn or newly adopted children. Coverage varies by country.
