Notifying your insurance company is the critical first step in the claims process, triggering the start of the claims handling process. Reporting your claims online is 2x faster than reporting by phone, ensuring that nothing is lost in translation and claims representatives have all the context they need to kick off the process with adjusters.

How It Works

Report incidents and claims in just a few minutes, directly through the Safety Intelligence App. The process is simple:

1. Log into safety.nirvanatech.com
2. Click Claims > Start a Claim
3. Input the necessary details about the incident, such as date, time, location, and a brief description of what happened. Upload photos and other relevant documents such as police reports directly into the app.
4. Submit— that’s it! A Nirvana representative will reach out within 48 business hours.

Track claims status on demand

One of the most frustrating aspects of dealing with insurance claims is the uncertainty—waiting for updates, wondering about the status of your claim, and not knowing when you’ll hear back. Our new real-time claims status tracking eliminates this frustration. Check status and when the last action was taken on in the Safety Intelligence app. You can even provide feedback on your experience to our team.

Provide feedback at any point during the claims process. Providing feedback will not affect the adjustment decision or resolution time of your claim.
