What we built
- Report and track the status of claims online - we understand that every minute spent managing claims is time taken away from driving your business forward. That’s why you can now report and track claims online in the Safety Intelligence Platform. This means you can now report claims 24/7 by phone, email, or online.
- Get rewarded through the Fleet Referral Program - This program is designed to reward our current policyholders for sharing the benefits of Nirvana with their network. Know a fleet that could benefit from our innovative program and perks? Send us a referral, and when the fleet you refer gets quoted, we’ll reward you with $100. You can find your unique referral link in the Safety Intelligence Platform. It only takes a few seconds to refer and start earning!
- Receive FMCSA Violation Notifications - You will now receive FMCSA Violation email notifications, designed to keep you informed within a day of any new violation occurring in your fleet. You’ll receive a single, consolidated email each day if any new violations have been detected in your fleet within the past 24 hours. By staying informed in near real-time, you can take proactive steps to address issues quickly, helping to prevent repeat violations, improve driver behavior, and avoid costly fines.
- Unlock driver names for FMCSA violations - Violations are one of the most important data points for a fleet safety manager, and you can now authorize a connection to the FMCSA database using your login.gov credentials to pull in driver names for each associated violation in the Violations table. This makes it easier for you to take action on repairs, driver remediation, or other operational changes.
- View your CSA Violation Timeline - You can now see violations on a timeline and get insight into how recency and weighted scoring plays a factor in your BASICs scoring. This makes it much easier to decode your score and how violations will impact future scores and in turn, your risk profile.
- Invite your team to the Safety Intelligence Platform - You can now invite others to view safety insights in the Safety Intelligence Platform. This enhances visibility and collaboration for safety owners, putting safety scores, BASICs data and our proactive, AI-powered safety recommendations at your team’s fingertips.
- Access driver training videos within the Safety Intelligence Platform - You can now access valuable training resources directly from within the Safety Intelligence Platform. Click "Training" on the left side when you log into the platform to view videos that can easily be shared with drivers, equipping them with essential knowledge that will enhance their road safety and reduce risk of accidents.
- Save big with the Partner Perks Program - You can now save an additional $4,000 per truck, per year (and counting!) by tapping into our exclusive partner discounts network. For a fleet of any size, these savings will truly add up.
